With the memories of one of the largest exhibitions in Asia, the G2E Macao, still fresh in our minds, we are going to visit this beautiful part of the continent again.

PAGE Philippines: How it will be

The exhibition is sponsored by the Philippine Entertainment and Games Corporation (PAGCOR), which is a government and regulatory agency under the President of the Philippines, as well as currently the third-largest source of revenue after the Bureau of Internal Revenue and Customs Administration.

The organizers decided to abandon the typical conference format and opted for the so-called “Inspiring Talk” version instead. Every day between 2 pm and 5 pm, the main stage of the exhibition pavilion will welcome representatives of the gaming industry with their 20-minute presentations. The format of this event is to share knowledge and technologies of the industry, launch new products and discuss ideas.

In a couple of weeks, the gambling industry is going to host its main event of the year. 

The annual international exhibition ICE Totally Gaming 2019 will be held from 5 to 7 February in London, at the ExCel exhibition center.

This year, ICE London 2019 will occupy an area of 45,500 sq.m. What is worth noting is annual growth in exhibition space, as well as the increase in number of visitors and exhibitors, which once again proves the popularity and importance of the exhibition for the gaming industry.

With New Year holidays around the corner, many people sum up the results of the year and make plans for the future. We, the Imperium-Games team, would also like to follow that tradition and reflect on all the memorable events of 2018 along with our achievements this year.

Этот год начался для нас, в общем как и для всех представителей игорного бизнеса, с самой масштабной выставки гемблинг индустрии ICE Totally Gaming 2018. Ежегодно выставка ICE задаёт ритм и направление для всей игорной индустрии, а знаний, впечатлений и вдохновения, приобретенных на этой выставке хватает на весь год вперёд.

Следующей поездкой стала выставка Global Gaming Expo 2018,более известная всем как G2E Asia в Макао. Этот регион уже давно прозвали китайским Лас-Вегасом, по последним данным, доход с игорного бизнеса Макао занимает первое место в мире.

Leaving Asia behind, the Imperium-Games team went to conquer Europe. Our first stop was the sunny island of Cyprus and Cyprus Gaming Show (CGS). Although it is difficult to compare the scale of this event with any other exhibition, as CGS is held only for the second time, we can say with confidence that this event has a great future.

The Netherlands was the second European country we visited this year. Amsterdam pleasantly surprised us with an upgraded version of iGaming Super Show. This year, Clarion Gaming decided to combine three thematically distinct events into one, and it proved to be a success. The iGB Live conference became a lot more interesting and productive, and we will make sure not to miss it in 2019.

Первой выставкой осени для нас стала выставка в Лас-Вегасе Global Gaming Expo(G2E). В американскую столицу развлечений съехалось более 25 000 представителей игорного бизнеса со всего мира. В течении четырёх дней на G2E было представлено множество разработок и продуктов для букмекерского и лотерейного бизнеса, наземного и онлайн казино, а также сопутствующие товары и услуги для игорного бизнеса.

Самым долгожданным событием года для команды Imperium-Games стала выставка ICE Africa, которая в октябре 2018 года впервые прошла в городе Йоханнесбург (ЮАР). Для нашей компании ЮАР уже много лет является одной из самых интересных стран для развития бизнеса, и успех выставки ICE Africa подтвердил еще раз перспективность этого региона. 

В выставке приняли участие представители из более чем 52 стран мира, свои продукты и услуги представили букмекерские компании, разработчики игр, разработчики программного обеспечения и производители игрового оборудования. Мы с уверенностью можем сказать, что вскоре ICE Africa будет иметь такую же значимость в гемблинг индустрии, как и ее предшественница — выставка ICE London.

Выставочное турне 2018 года мы решили завершить поездкой на выставку Sigma iGaming Malta. На Sigma мы были впервые, и впечатления от выставки остались только позитивные. Хотим отметить прекрасную организацию мероприятия, а также отличную целевую аудиторию.

За этот год мы посетили основные мероприятия гемблинг индустрии. Мы заметили, что появляются сотни молодых компаний с интересными идеями, хотя компании-старожилы также не отстают и презентуют новые продукты. 

All this shows that the gaming industry is in a state of rapid development, which means that in 2019 there will be even more exhibitions and conferences to attend, acquaintances and partnerships to forge, and is just another reason for us to be happy. In a few days, the Imperium-Games team is going to present a calendar of gambling events planned for 2019.

Imperium-Games spent those 3 days in Malta in an atmosphere of complete immersion in the world of gaming. New acquaintances, negotiations, product presentations, transactions with partners, all this became possible thanks to Sigma 2018. We would like to thank the expo organizers for a quality and productive event and look forward to Sigma 2019.

One more important and long-awaited event in October was the ICE AFRICA exhibition, which took place on October 24-25 in Johannesburg. More than 60 companies from around the world presented their products and services at the Sandton Convention Center exhibition hall.

The Imperium-Games team could not miss such an important event. A small photo report on a bright and, in fact, a historical event for the gambling business for all African continent – Ice Africa 2018.

The 5th Sigma iGaming Malta 2018 exhibition dedicated to online gambling will be held from November 28 to 30. Sigma will be held at the Malta Fairs and Convention Center and will bring together more than 400 companies of sponsors and participants at one venue.

A major Global Gaming Expo, Las-Vegas exhibition, was held in the USA on October 8-11. The Imperium-Games team were very busy during those 4 days in Vegas. We met our business partners, presented our new developments and discussed the opportunities for further development.
